Returns Window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they’re unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the details and let you know where to send it.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 14 days with a photo where possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Pet Range Items
For hygiene reasons, opened pet bedding and washable pet accessories can only be returned if faulty. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned as normal.
