Every order is hand-packed in our own clean, controlled space — not tossed around a giant fulfilment warehouse. By focusing on a curated range of high-value, lightweight essentials, we can give each parcel the attention a small shop would, at the speed of a much bigger one.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Times

Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your basket.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We occasionally run free-delivery promotions — keep an eye on our newsletter for those.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll be able to track your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If anything looks delayed, just get in touch and a real person will look into it for you.
